I had a great Easter weekend break in the sun. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a few great restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. we enjoyed a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The drinks service. We ordered a piña colada which was off, and when we complained, they were initially unhelpful.

The hotel is located in a bustling area with many shops and restaurants nearby, which gave us plenty of options for dining and exploring. Our room was spacious, but the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Service was prompt, but the breakfast selection was limited.
My girlfriend's piña colada tasted old, and when we complained, they tried to charge us more for a different drink. we found a piece of metal in our drink, and the staff was unhelpful in resolving the issue.

My experience was marred by a mishap with a drink I ordered, which was not up to par. Despite bringing it to the attention of the service desk, it took some convincing to have it addressed.
